Pivot Gang "Aang"

Pivot Gang has released a new single called "Aang". This is the work of Joseph Chilliams, Saba, MFnMelo, and Frsh Waters.

The group will be performing at Metro on November 26th to honor the fifth anniversary of John Walt Day.

Joshua Virtue "RAMA"

Joshua Virtue of Free Snacks and UDABABY recently released his third solo album, RAMA. Virtue does it all on this album, but is assisted on two tracks by Skech185 (vocals), Lyn Rye (bass), and Brianna Tong (Cordoba) (vocals).

Virtue is currently on tour with NNAMDÏ, and this is a pairing that may just define the future of Hip Hop in Chicago.

Kweku Collins "A Tale of the Twin Flames"

Kweku Collins is back with a double single, "A Tale of the Twin Flames" b/w "An Original Internet", from his forthcoming EP, "Then Spring". This is the first new music Collins since 2018, but he has a lot more ready to be released including a new album in 2023.

Collins plans to release the half of his new EP next month, and from the sound of these singles that can not come quick enough.

Mohawk Johnson "Outside"

Mohawk Johnson has released a new single called "Outside". The new track features production from Naughta and is the first new music from Johnson since the release of his EP "Trash" back in February.

You can catch Mohawk Johnson on October 28th at Promontory with Eliy Orcko and Davis The Dorchester Bully as part of the Trouble Maker Tour.

Angelenah "Just Getting Started"

Singer/Songwriter/Rapper Angelenah recently released the lead single, "Just Getting Started", from her new EP, "I Don't Regret A Thing", which was released today, October 7th.

This is the second EP from Angelenah (aka Ashley Hart), and it features production from The O'my's, Chason Rice, Budah Tye, and The BeatPlug.
